cu@home-online banking

Access your account electronically with cu@home, our virtual branch office, which allows you the freedom to access your account whenever it's convenient for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have access after-hours, on weekends and even on holidays.

It's easy, convenient and completely safe because cu@home is a secure site. You never have to worry about your account information, because MSEFCU uses the latest encryption technology. And, only you have access with your password, which is selected by you.

To use cu@home all you need is Internet access, a browser and our web address www.mercedschoolcu.org. Using this service is easy, to see a demonstration just click on the Demo button in the top right corner. To apply for this convenient service, contact our office by eMail or call us at 209-383-5550 or 800-542-2345 ext. 144. Once your account is set up for cu@home, you can log in from the top right corner of any page on our website.

Mobile Money TouchBanking

Wherever you go, we can be there with you. Mobile Money and TouchBanking let you securely view your account, monitor and make transactions directly from your mobile or smartphone device, giving you the freedom to access your account at your convenience.

To install our TouchBanking app: Use your smart phone, tap on the App Store or Google Play icon to search for TouchBanking, install the app to your mobile phone, enter this app code: mercedmobile and follow the prompts. You need to be enrolled in cu@home to install the app.

To activate our Mobile Money Browser: Use your mobile phone and log on to cu@home. Click on the Self Service tab, then under Additional Services, select Mobile Money and follow the prompts.
You need our cu@home-online banking in order to access Mobile Money.

Mobile Deposit

You can now deposit your checks directly into your MSEFCU checking account with Mobile Deposit, a new feature of our TouchBanking mobile app. It's safe, simple and secure. You can make deposits anytime, anywhere using your smartphone device.

You need cu@home-online banking and the TouchBanking app in order to access Mobile Deposit.

(To install our TouchBanking app: Use your smart phone, tap on the App Store or Google Play icon to search for TouchBanking, install the app to your mobile phone, enter this app code: mercedmobile and follow the prompts)

To enroll in Mobile Deposit, do one of the following:

  • Call us at 209-383-5550 option 1
  • Fax us at 209-383-5152
  • Mail a request to: P.O. Box 1349 Merced, CA 95341
  • E-mail us info@mercedschoolcu.org
  • Visit one of our branch locations

Please include your name and last four digits of your account number. Please do not disclose your social security number or full account number.

Once your request is processed you will receive a welcome packet with a mobile deposit instruction guide.

Instant Balances

Instant Balance Want to take a quick peek at your account balance? Our new Instant Balance feature lets you view up to six account balances right from the login screen of the TouchBanking app – no password necessary! Simply login to the app, click on “more”, click on “instant balance”, choose up to 6 accounts you want to view instantly, then hit done. Now, when you open the app simply tap the Instant Balance icon in the top right corner of the login screen and the balances you chose to view will come up instantly.
It’s that easy! If you want to access an account, you will need to log-in as usual.


Enjoy the convenience of accessing your statement online at the beginning of every month, along with your other information at anytime with your same logon ID and password as cu@home. No more waiting for the mail or wasted paper, instead start receiving a monthly email, notifying you that your statement is ready. You need cu@home-online banking in order to access e-Statements.

To sign up for eStatements:

  • Logon to cu@home
  • Select the Self Services tab
  • Under Additional Services, click on eStatements
  • Click on the Sign Up button
  • Review and accept the usage agreement
  • Make sure we have your current email address

You're done! It's that easy.
